This page describes how the MethodSpan AI website handles information. The website is a static site and does not operate user accounts. Discovery requests are processed through Netlify Forms so they can be delivered to MethodSpan AI.
Discovery-call requests
When you submit the discovery form, the information you provide is sent to MethodSpan AI through Netlify Forms. A request may include your name, work email, company or team, the process and desired result you want to discuss, and the type of help you are considering. Netlify may process and retain form submissions and related technical information as MethodSpan AI’s website and form-service provider. You can read Netlify's privacy statement for more information about its practices.
Hosting, analytics, and cookies
This website does not currently install analytics, advertising pixels, or cookies set by MethodSpan AI. Netlify hosts the website and may process basic technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, and request time, to deliver and secure it. This policy will be updated if analytics, embedded scheduling, advertising, or additional third-party services are activated.
How inquiry information is used
Information sent in an inquiry is used to respond, understand the requested work, plan a potential engagement, maintain business records, and protect the integrity of the service. MethodSpan AI does not sell inquiry information.
Sensitive information
Do not include confidential business data, health information, passwords, payment-card details, or other sensitive information in an initial website inquiry. Any later use of confidential data should follow the client's approved security, privacy, legal, and IT processes.
